Standard UK Mainland Delivery is FREE on orders over £30.00. Orders under £30.00 will be subject to a £3.49 shipping fee. If you are outside of the UK Mainland area then please contact us for a delivery cost to your location.
For items already in stock delivery is usually between 1-2 working days following receipt of order, however please allow up to 7 working days. We will email you as soon as your item has been dispatched from store.
For bikes please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. Lead times will be dependent on brand and if the bike is in stock (bikes listed on the site currently state stock status and lead time). Some bikes in our range will be custom built for you so lead times may be longer if this is the case. Please contact us in store or email info@fishfacecycles.com for more accurate lead times if required.
All bikes will require an amount of self assembly, including front wheel, handlebars, seat post and pedals (if applicable) due to packaging constraints. The bike will have been built in store and received PDI before dispatch.
Small items are sent by DHL 24hr and Royal Mail 1st Class.
Medium items are sent by DHL 24hr.
All large items including bikes will be delivered by Parcelforce or APC Overnight.
Delivery will require a signature so please make sure there is someone at the delivery address or a neighbour that is able to sign for the parcel.
