Our integrated headset is designed for 1 1/8″ frames where the bearings sit directly in the frame.
- Integrated headset is designed to fit 1 1/8″” forks ( 41mm top and 41mm bottom headtube diameter)
- Headset uses custom made, replaceable stainless steel bearings to resist corrosion
- The taper ring and crown race (which is split for easy installation and removal) are all machined from 2014 T6 aluminium
- Sealing is achieved through an adjustable taper ring cover and integrated rubber seal
